Participation Agreement Form

Performance Show Selection

FOX Folk Fest will feature two performances:

Matinee Show – 1:00 PM

• Intended for groups with more than 50% of participating dancers under the age of 13.

Evening Show – 7:00 PM

• Intended for groups with more than 50% of participating dancers over the age of 15.

Please select the performance that best fits your group. Groups may choose to participate in both performances, with a maximum of two cuadros or sets per show.

Ticket Requirements

For each 8-minute performance segment your group wishes to present, your organization will be required to purchase 30 tickets.

• Ticket Cost to Groups: $20 each

• Public Ticket Price: $25 each

• Your group retains $5 for every ticket sold.

Ticket purchases are due no later than August 19, 2026.

Because tickets are professionally printed, all group ticket orders will be mailed directly to directors for distribution and sale. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the door at the regular price; however, door sales will not count toward your group’s ticket requirement or fundraising total.

Performance Day Information

• Each group will be assigned a dressing area based on the size of their cast.

• No stage blocking or rehearsal time will be available.

• Stage dimensions are 44 feet wide by 24 feet deep.

• Dancers will have access to cross behind the stage during performances.

• Your group’s logo will be displayed on both the main stage LED screen and the theater balcony LED display.

• A professional group photo will be taken on the FOX Theater’s grand staircase by our event photographers.

• Your group’s photo, logo, and social media handles will be featured in our official digital program, allowing audience members to learn more about your organization and connect with your work.

• Groups should plan to arrive at the theater two hours prior to their scheduled performance time.
